Educational Goals

The primary goal of this Dept. aims to reinforce students' ability for advanced studies; the secondary goal aims to incubate personnel of website design, database, programming, and E-Commerce for various enterprises.

Equipments

We provide advanced equipments for the students, which include eight computer classrooms equipped with wide-band Internet, multi-media computers, and two T1 Internet lines. Each student uses one computer in class.

Channels for Advanced Studies and Employments

ㆍAdvanced Studies: After graduation, the students can enter 2- or 4-year technological universities or colleges, police and military colleges.

ㆍCertificates: Students are trained to pass exams for certificates of Website Design,Software Application, Accounting Affair, Retail Service and English/Chinese Key-in.

ㆍNational Examinations: The students can take General/Special Commercial Exams.

ㆍEmployment: Students will be competent in the positions of word processing, data processing, programming, multi-media and website designing, financial personnel, and trainers of exams for second and third class certificates.

Faculty

We have excellent teachers who all graduated from Graduate schools of information science or computer-related fields of the National Universities.
